Shipping & Returns
Smith is proud to ship our products to Canada, the U.S. and around the world. And while we're all about getting your favorite Smith products into your hands as quickly as possible, our friends at Canada Post only pick up packages from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). This could result in a day or two delay in shipping your order if you've placed it over the weekend or on a holiday. So we kindly ask for your patience. Additionally, we do ship to APO/military addresses, just not PO Boxes.
For our friends in Canada and the U.S., shipping is just $10, but orders over $100 (before taxes) get FREE SHIPPING.
For our international beauty buffs, shipping costs $18.50, with eligibility for FREE SHIPPING on orders $185 and over (before taxes).
Duties & Taxes (International)
We love surprises over at Smith, but not all surprises are good surprises – cue duties and taxes. Sometimes, certain countries might ask you to pay a little extra in import taxes. At Smith Cosmetics, we take pride in making high-quality products that we know you’ll love. However, due to the nature of our products and sanitary concerns, we cannot accept returns on opened and/or used items unless there is a genuine fault with the product itself. That said, Smith will gladly accept unopened, unused items in their original packaging for a full refund within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Defective items can be returned for a refund at any time.
Currently, we do not accept exchanges. Please return your item and repurchase.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund, and you should see it updated on your payment method within 5-10 business days. But please note: shipping charges for returns are on you.
Of course, we are all about offering unparalleled quality at Smith, but sometimes a defective product might slip past our watchful eye. If you've received a defective product, don't worry! Send us an email at email@example.com, and we'll do what we can to make things right.
